2. Fees and Commission

We do not usually charge a direct fee to customers for our services. We operate on a No Win No Fee basis, which means if we successfully obtain compensation for your injuries, we will take an agreed percentage from your compensation.

3. Cancellation Rights (Cooling-off Period)

You can cancel your CFA (Conditional Fee Agreement) with us within 14 days. Cancelling within this period will not cost you any money.

4. Limitation of Liability
